A. Director and Founder: Ms Mashamaite Ramutsheli

Ms Mashamaite Ramutsheli is the founder and the Managing Director of the Company. She is responsible for delivering the services to the clients and leading the organization into realizing its vision. She is a SETA Accredited Training Provider, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Ethics Officer. Academically, she has a Masters’ Degree in Internal Auditing obtained through the University of Pretoria. Mashamaite has over 20 years of experience in business processes mapping and improvement, conducting training and developing skills in various areas such as risk management, combined assurance, strategic planning, performance management and reporting, etc.

She has accumulated her experience through rendering the above services to organisations such as Multichoice South Africa, Eskom-Roshcon, Deeds Office, University of South Africa, Road Accident Fund, Cradle of Human Kind, Department of Art and Culture, Department of Mineral and Energy, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Transnet Engineering, Department of Public Service and Administration, Department of Home Affairs, Adcorp Holdings, National Prosecuting Authority, etc. since the year 2000 to date.

Mashamaite is a researcher and has written various research papers of which some were published by the accredited Journals. Her research topic for her Masters in Philosophy Internal Auditing was about identifying “The root causes for local government’s failure to achieve objectives” which was accepted and published by an accredited Journal, namely; The Southern African Journal of Accountability and Auditing Research (SAJAAR). In addition, Mashamaite has written research papers on various topics pertaining to public sector aspects. She has extensive of serving on Audit and Risk Management Committees of various Municipalities. Recently she co-authored together with Prof D Singh a research paper titled “Realising the Rights and Recognizing Risks of Student Data Privacy Rules in an ODL University” which she presented at the 26th ICDE World Conference and was published by the Distance Education Journal.

Mashamaite speaks at various Conferences on various topics pertaining to Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Business Processes Improvement, Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act, etc. Some of the Conferences she has delivered her presentations are:
